Tuna Poke Bowl

Ingredients

Saku tuna block

Avocado

Soy sauce 

Sesame oil

Spice if desired (chipotle mayo, sriracha sauce)

Chopped green onions (green part only)

Sesame seeds

 

How to

Thaw tuna on a plate in fridge on a paper towel

Cut into 1/2" cubes (easier to cut while partially frozen)

Place in a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil & spice.  Can let sit for a while to mix flavours.  When ready to serve add in sliced avocado and garnish with green onions & sesame seeds.

** this is our favourite way to enjoy - but you can add anything you like, julienned carrots, cucumber, edamame, mango **
