Pan Seared Salmon with Zucchini, Basil & Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 2 salmon filets
 - 1 zucchini, julienned
 - 4 green onions, finely chopped
 - 1 garlic clove, minced
 - handful of cherry tomatoes, cut in half
 - handful of torn basil
 
How to:
- Heat olive oil in a large fry pan over medium temperature and saute the green onion and garlic for a few minutes
 - Mix in the zucchini, basil, chilli and cherry tomatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally
 - In a separate fry pan over medium heat cook the salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side, squeeze lemon juice over
 - Plate the veggies and salmon, season with Himalayan salt and pepper
