Grilled Tomahawk Steaks
Season the tomahawk steak the way you like
Get the grill super hot.
Sear the steak over direct heat / flame for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes per side
Move steak to inderect heat / no direct flame under the steak and cook at 325 to finish. Take off when internal temperature is 130-140 degrees F. Rest for 5 minutes and slice.
