Our natural beef program is an Ontario-based program. The program pulls from multiple family-run farms across the province that raise their cattle without the use of antibiotics or added hormones. These are all pasture raised animals that feed on the wild clovers and grasses during the summer months and dried hay and hay silage in the winter. Beyond this, these farms stress the importance of sustaining the land the cattle grow on by ensuring proper pasture rotation and land regeneration.
